Because Our Ritello Is Built to Last.

No other appliance Vendor offers a program quite like the Rain Air Co. Ritello Factory Rebuild Program. As the registered owner of a Ritello system, you may elect, during your ownership, to have your Ritello vacuum professionally rebuilt by our Factory Rebuild Department to “like-new” condition.

Our professional technicians will completely disassemble your cleaner and repair or replace worn components to restore both appearance and performance. Internal components are thoroughly inspected and serviced using genuine Ritello replacement parts to ensure your system operates at the highest possible standard.

Once the rebuild process is complete, every component of the unit is tested to the same rigorous quality standards required when your Ritello system was originally manufactured. The rebuilt unit is then carefully packaged and returned to you, ready to provide many more years of reliable service.

GENERAL

Subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below, The Rain Air Company (“the Company”) agrees with the registered owner of the Ritello system to rebuild (or, at its sole discretion, replace) the Ritello system, including Standard Attachments and Accessories as defined herein, under the following conditions:

  1. This Agreement is entered into solely between the Company and the registered owner of the Ritello system. It is not binding upon independent Ritello Distributors and shall be honoured exclusively by the Company.
  2. The rights and obligations arising under this Factory Rebuild Plan are non-transferable. The rebuild service is available only to the registered owner, provided the Ritello system remains in the possession of that owner and was originally purchased from an independent authorized Ritello Distributor, Distributor Trainee, or Dealer.
  3. Factory Rebuild pricing is based on the original year of purchase and may be adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index. For current pricing and additional details, please contact the Company on 1800 796 746 or via email at rebuild@ritello.au.
  4. The registered owner is responsible for all transportation and shipping charges associated with sending the Ritello system to and from the Company for Factory Rebuild service.
  5. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the Ritello system, Standard Attachments, and/or Accessories using new, rebuilt, or refurbished components.
  6. The Factory Rebuild Program is not available for systems that have been altered, defaced, abused, misused,
    improperly maintained, or used for commercial purposes. Defacing includes any alteration, removal, or tampering with the serial number.

REBUILD COVERAGE

The Factory Rebuild includes replacement of the following components:

  • Brush roll, Separator, PCB Main Board / 220v, LED Display Panel, PCB Keyboard, Complete Basin, Dolly Pedal,
    Power cord, Front Sliding Door, Back Sliding Door, Pneumatic Switch Complete and Hepa Neutralizer Complete.

The following components will be inspected and, where necessary, repaired, rebuilt, or replaced:

  • DP Motor, Motor Base Rubber, Upper Motor Rubber, Electrical wiring

The Factory Rebuild does not include repair or replacement of components damaged as a result of accident, improper use, unauthorized repair attempts, transportation damage, misuse, or neglect. Missing parts and non-genuine Ritello parts are also excluded.

Additionally, the Factory Rebuild Plan does not apply to any Ritello system, Standard Attachment, or Accessory that has been repaired, altered, or structurally modified in a manner which, in the judgment of the Company, affects its stability, safety, or reliability.

Attachments and accessories not specifically listed above are excluded from the Factory Rebuild Program.

The Factory Rebuild Plan is available only to the registered owner who uses the Ritello system for personal, family, or  household purposes and who purchased the system from an independent authorized Ritello Distributor, Distributor Trainee, or Dealer, provided the serial number has not been removed, altered, or defaced (unless resulting from authorized repair, rebuild, fire, or accident).

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE FACTORY REBUILD PLAN

  1. Subject to the conditions and exclusions stated herein, the Company warrants to the registered owner that any product repaired or rebuilt by or on behalf of the Company under the Factory Rebuild Plan shall be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose, and free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of repair or rebuild.
  2.  During the warranty period, the Company will provide replacement parts for any Standard Attachment or
    Accessory repaired or rebuilt under the Factory Rebuild Plan that is determined to be defective.
  3. This limited warranty does not apply to any Ritello product repaired or altered by any person not authorized by the Company, or where non-approved parts have been installed. 
  4. Except as expressly stated herein, there are no other warranties or conditions, express or implied, relating to the repair or rebuild of any Ritello product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and workmanship, are expressly excluded.
  5. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from personal injury or death caused by negligence.
  6. Nothing in this limited warranty excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
  7.  The Company neither assumes nor authorizes any third party to assume any additional liability in connection with the sale, repair, or rebuild of Ritello products.
  8. No claim may be made under this limited warranty where the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced, unless resulting from authorized repair, rebuild, fire, or accident.
